All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for the cancellation of tours or any extras purchased. However, we understand that plans can change. For that reason, we offer one complimentary rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice, based on availability.

For any additional changes or for requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice, a $100 rescheduling fee will apply. All tours must be rescheduled within 30 days of the original tour date.

No-call, no-show guests will not be accommodated. If you miss your scheduled tour without notifying our staff prior to your tour start time, no adjustments or rescheduling will be offered.

To change or cancel your reservation, please contact our scheduling team at HELLO@BERYLWESTADVENTURES.COM as soon as possible. If it is within one hour of your tour time, please call our on-site team at.

All tours AND helicopter flights are 100% weather-dependent. Our team will contact you in advance if we anticipate any weather-related delays. In the event that weather conditions make it unsafe to fly (e.g., high winds, heavy rain, hail, lightning, thunder, low visibility, etc.), your flight will be delayed or canceled.

If we have to cancel your tour for any reason, we will gladly reschedule it or issue a full refund.
